Your Example:

1- Verb + preposition : (e.g. "She will go to school next week")
2- Verb + particle : (e.g. "Her prperty will go to her son") (Phrasal Verb = the property will be given to her son)

I used verb + adverb because that is how Oxford Everday Grammar describes it.

I dont think these examples are really phrasal verbs. They are verbs with prepositions.

1. I could say: She will go somewhere.
2. Her property will go somewhere.

Phrasal verbs are two-word verbs.

If I mean:  She entered, I must use went in .
I can not say:  She went without the in if I mean entered.

Sometimes a phrasal verb can be followed by a preposition
run away     from     She ran away from him.
