							| Both are correct but SHALL is used much less nowadays, especially in the US. First person singular (I) and plural (we) take both forms (that s what we were taught and teach now). The most frequent situation in which you use SHALL is in tag questions with WE: Let s go, shall we?

							| In addition to what has been mentioned above, "Shall" is mainly used nowadays in jurisdiction and law contracts. Examples: - This Law shall also apply to the.... - The contract shall be governed by...   Have a good day   Abdelhadi | 3 Jun 2009

							| One other important distinction is the relative obligation invoked by shall & will     shall implies a weaker obligation than will , which states a clear & definite command or order. | 4 Jun 2009
