							| Teacher Evaluation
 |
							| Hello everyone,
Sorry I have been asking a lot of questions on here recently.... Thank you for all your wonderful replies!!! i really need help today.......

Today my head teacher asked me to observe another teacher s lesson and make a formal report. He also asked me to produce a file template that can be used to observe future teachers in our school.

I know it is a big ask but does anyone have such a document (or a link to a document) i could use? Or any pointers on what I should include/ look out for in the lesson.

Thank you so much in advance.
