Hello, I became a Premium Member months ago and today I download worksheets, I have 30 free worksheets a day but I lost my points. I don �t know why. I want to get my lost points. I think I send many printables to get points and now I haven �t them. Is it possible to get again my lost points? Can anybody help me please? Thank you. |

Hi Ali33,
I see you have 179 points, so you shouldn �t have any problems. Remember to download from the worksheets that belong to the "new FREE contributions" which appear everday after mid-night, spanish time.

Yes, you have 30 free wss a day. You can download them from the section "New worksheets". If you download old contributions you lose your points: 1 ws - 1 point. |
