Animals around us
I prepared this worksheet for children to practise names of animals. Children already knew basic animals, such as "cat" or "dog", so I hadn�t included it here. I wanted children to be able to speak about animals which they can meet everywhere. Enjoy it!!!!

Questions - Present and Past Simple (with a key)
Students have to make questions, they use question words (where, who, why...), basic vocabulary and Present and Past Simple. There are a few questions with prepositions (What does she listen to?) and with "who" at the beginning (subject questions). You can leave them out if you teach weaker students. This worksheet was prepared for my beginners who need to practise basic questions and vocabulary. They choose a card from each group and then speak, e.g: This is Tim. He is 25. He is a pilot... Students can also ask each other: Where is Tim from? How old is he? etc. I used vocabulary of Headway - Beginners (3rd edition).
