What can animals do
Have students spell each animal and then write two sentences using the modal can. For example for bird write: It can fly. It can sing. I taught the verbs run, jump, swim, sing, fly. You can also have students write a sentence of what it can do and what it can�t do. Not the fanciest worksheet but clear and simple.
