A webquest on NEW YORK
first of all thank you to my collegues with whom this ws was elaborated and tested (the students loved it)
The map is a scan from one from the Web, hope it�s OK and will get published! SS can do this ws alone or in pairs, it can be used as a starter (before working on NY) or as a test to check their knowledge on how to use information from the web...

listen to the song on youtube, easy to find. while listening, students fill in the blanks and then do the activities

Molly Malone - an Irish song
ss can use the first page to sing along with the song (which you can easily find on YOUTUBE) and learn the words.
Then you can give them the second sheet and they can fill in the gaps using the wordbox to help them while listening.
