Reporting verbs - Pairwork
Students read their sentences to their partner. Their partner has to report what has just been said using a reporting verb. Students check if their partner is doing it correctly by looking at the solution in brackets.
I use this activity with Unit 5C of New English File Upper Intermediate, but it can be used with any book.
