FOOD IDIOMS
This ws focusses on idioms/proverbs/informal language related to FOOD items. First students complete example sentences using pictures on the topic. Then they match the idioms with their meaning. My 10th graders enjoyed doing this ws - great to practise dictionary work (i.e. how to find idiomatic expressions in a dictionary). Hope it�s useful.

PRESENT PERFECT - talking about experiences
