I kept the bottom half blank because (in the class I taught) we used it to set up our own zoo. It was a good activity, in general.

Student Search - Back from Vacation!
A good first day activity for ESL students coming back from vacation. Each student must go about the room and ask one or two questions, and get a signature from the person who gives their answer. It�s best to make sure they know, they have to write what the other student says (making communication key), and get the signature as well.
