Upper vs Lowe Case Letters
Teacher dictates, "Colour capital A purple, colour lower case b red, etc. (try to keep lower case letters only 2 colors making them easier to count later) After this students have to race to count the letters. In the bottom they write how many of each letter there is. They also must count how many upper and how many lower case letters there are.

Practice sounding out letters of the alphabet. This worksheet will also spark discussion about animal sounds in different Countries. In Canada a frog says, "ribbit"...but in Korea a frog says, "gaggle gaggle"

Vancouver 2010 sport events

Christmas Traditions Game Cards
