Writing short stories - use the vocabulary given
Nice flash cards with 5 words each, tell your Ss to use imagination and write a short story / their dream / experience ... with them. Words are usually not related anyhow so the stories can be very funny in the end. You can change the words, if you want to practice specific vocabulary.
