My colourful crayons
First, children colour the crayons by listening to the teacher. Alphabet is used to identify the crayons. Then they insert the crayons (by matching or simply colouring) into the box by reading the colour word.

Halloween counting
Students count halloween items and complete a table writing their quantity (in a word, not figure). Then they have the chance to draw their own pictures.- Teachers may force them to use at least 3 new words. Finally, they exchange worksheets with their partners so that they can solve one more counting.
