Peppa Pig: Hide and Seek
Peppa Pig cartoons are perfect for 3rd-5th graders. I use this WS to give my Ss practice in giving full answers. You can change the task to -Give short answers- to make it a listening activity rather than a grammar one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eyenPUxL3oo#t=16
(the link is also included in the WS).

Practising yes/no questions with cat facts
This is a nice communicative exercise to practise forming yes/no questions and short answers. You can also cut the WS in two halves (questions and answers) and give it to students to work in pairs (Student A forms the question and asks it, Student B tries to find the short answer that matches the question and says it.)

Charlie and Lola: But that is MY book!
I absolutely love this episode of Charlie and Lola so I have created a multiple choice exercise to go with it.
It is a great video to watch with your students when learning the topic of books and reading.

Maleficent episode comprehension
This activity is based on the first 10 minutes of the beautiful movie Maleficent. It is suitable for low level students but you might need to pre-teach some vocabulary. At the bottom of the worksheet you can find the link to the movie with English subtitles (the site contains adult advertisement so dont send your students there!)

Halloween traditions for young learners
This worksheet is based on the video - This is Britain. Halloween - but is not a video activity. I used it with my pupils after watching the video to reinforce the Halloween vocabulary and prepare them for speaking on the topic of Halloween traditions. The link to the video is on the second page. Enjoy! :)
