FCE transactional letters practice activity
This is a preparation activity for Cambridge FCE Paper 2 Part 1. Students study a scenario and then practice writng a transactional letter of complaint. A possible model answer is included. The format follows FCE requirements but the worksheet could also be adapted for IELTS GT, BEC and othe rcourses which require formal letter writing skills.
