Sea Creatures
I am currently teaching an english course to 6 year olds so I put together this worksheet of sea creatures. I put the first letter of the name of each animal but if you have older or more advanced children you could delete that and let the children write it themselves.

UK and USA English
Even though in Europe we are encouraged to teach "British English" it is useful for students to at least understand some differences between American and British English. So I made a list of some grammar and vocabulary differences. I have used also this one with success as it generates a great discussion as well.

Irregular Plurals Crossword (with Key)
Last week I uploaded a crossword on Irregular Verbs and I have followed this up with one on Irregular Plurals. It is very similar to the last one. Students read the clues and fill in the crossword. An idea is if you want to challenge students a little more is to eliminate the word in singular form at the end of the clue. Hope you like it!

Ironic by Alanis Morissette
I was inspired by a handout in English File but I made changes and added some exercises. Students have to listen to the song, fill in the gaps and then complete the activities. I did this earlier today with a group of students and they really enjoyed not only the activity but the singing as well. Songs are a great way to learn a language as they...
