A game for the end of the year/ beginning of the year
Here is a game that can be used as fillers and is excellent for older students. It shows them how well they know each other.

The verb �to be� can be quite elusive, while teaching. Reinforcing its use in various tenses, making the verb agree with the subject can be a daunting task to young children, hence the need of practice through such worksheets.

Teaching spellings through a poem
I use this wonderful poem (which my students loved)to teach spellings. I need to show them that �er� �ir� and �ur� often make the same sound. This worksheet with the poem helped a lot. Hope it helps you too! Its a pity I can�t show you the tune, but you will have to make up one yourself!
