Shrek mini play
Theatrical adaptation of the popular film "Shrek". This should result in a 20-minute production. There are a minimum of nine characters in the story, but it can easily be performed by more children than that, as you could always give a role to different children, so for example, one child is Shrek in the first part of the story, and a different c...

Santa Claus is Coming to Town
Fill-in-the-gap activity of the popular song "Santa Claus is Coming to Town", as sung by McFly. I have also included the complete song on the second page. Please note that, although the fill-in-the-gap activity should only be attempted if used with older students, the song is perfectly allright for younger ones. My 7 year olds had great fun singing...

Drawing dictation
DRAWING DICTATION

The child with the picture sits at the front...

Spongebob squarepants Well done cards
To be laminated and given out to pupils as a reward for their efforts, or, alternatively, they could put some glue on the back of the cards and use them as stickers. To accompany the Hello Kitty well done cards I sent in yesterday. Thank you.

Youre beautiful by James Blunt
Worksheet where the pupils have to fill in the gap as they listen to the song "Youre beautiful" by James Blunt. Note that Ive used the radio version, where he says "I was flying high", as opposed to "I was fucking high", which is the CD version.
By the way, not only is this a really sweet song, but also the vocabulary is quite simple and eas...
