sports role play
I made this interview-type role play for a lesson I had on sports. I was revising the grammar we had done up to that point, thats why it contains mixed grammar. Each student gets one of the cards with different athletes and needs to read the information on it to prepare for the interview. The teacher goes first as the interviewer, and then gives t...

Disney stories role play
This is a role play I made for my intermediate group to revise some of the grammar structures we had studied together. Each of the students gets to be an "enhanced" Disney character, a modernised one lets say, and describe their life as the card tells them to. Hope you find it useful and fun, we had loads of fun with it.

3rd conditional cards
These are some cards that contain a photo and a part of a type 3 conditional sentence. Students are supposed to provide the second part based on the photo they have, i.e. (photo of a phone ringing) If I had known she was sleeping... (I wouldnt have called her). They can be used as a speaking activity or a writing one. I hope you like the cards:D

conversation cards on holidays
Ive made these cards because every time we discuss holidays my students seem quite unimaginative, so I give them these cards (which I fold so that one sees the answer and the other sees the question) and they ask each other: "Where did you go?" etc. and the other student replies using the information from the side of the card which he/ she sees.
