Picture description useful phrases (Editable)
This is a very useful handout that can be used to describe any picture. It contains the phrases that we use to describe a position of things in the picture, e.g. "in the right hand corner...", etc. I will create another one for more advanced students. Hope it�s useful for you.

All About Me
A simple profile worksheet that young students can complete in writing or on computer. It looks nice on the display board after the pictures are drawn/pasted and colours are added to the title and headings. Students can add their photo or draw self portraits.

Classroom Rules , Part 1/2 (Editable)
Part 1/2. This is a set of classroom rules that I use in my class of primary age students. I have the same pictures and rules on individual sheets with omitted words that SS fill in. The sheets are combined in a little book and SS sign to promise to follow the rules. They like the colouring and remember what is requested from them.

Alphabet Activities

Initial Sound * N * Cut and Paste! (2 pages)
Part 5/6. SS will listen to the initial sounds of the words and cut out and paste only the words that begin with �N� (NECK,NOSE,NEEDLE,NEST,NET). This resource can be used on its own or as a supplementary material to Jolly Phonics Book 1. I will post my WS in the same order: S, A, T, I, N, P.
