What are they saying? - Reported Speech Information Gap activity
It is a traditional information gap activity. Students should work in pairs and each person should get a handout with one-half of the bubbles filled. They use reported speech to tell their partner what each person said. The other person should fill the bubbles with direct speech quotes again.

Modals - Recommendation miniactivity
Cut the worksheet into pieces. Give each student one statement. The student will read it and other students will give him a recommendation using modals.
