Love this job! I teach ESL in a non-profit, community agency that serves adult immigrants living in the U.S. My current students come from Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Cape Verde, El Salvador, Guatemala, Somalia, Venezuela, Brazil, Rwanda, Puerto Rico and Angola. I can imagine nothing better than getting to work with the many people I do.

Take a vote! Class Superlatives
At the end of a superlatives unit, give your class this ballot. They vote for their classmates based on the superlatives. Winter Mingle: Conversation Cards 2 pages of questions + instructions
Instructions for Winter Mingle: First, cut up and distribute conversation cards, one per student. Next, instruct Ss to stand up and mingle.
