Who Am I? - Scientists
Print out and cut up the cards. Tape 1 card with Scotch tape/Sellotape on the back of each student. The students then walk around the room asking each other Yes and No questions like "Am I alive?" or "Am I European?" to find out their new identity. The Tell-Tale Heart - Pre-Reading ex.
Students are asked to make up a story using key words on these cards. They then tell the story to other students. Next they listen to a reading of Edgar Allen Poe�s "The Tell-Tale Heart" and place the cards in order as they hear them. (You can then have them read the story and study it in your normal way.)
