Who Am I
You can cut this sentences and place it in an envelope. Each student has to take a sentence, read it to his/her colleagues and try to discover what is his/her job.
You can also add different prompts or ask the students to choose 2 or 3 jobs and describe them so that his/her colleagues can also try to discover who he is.

I did this worksheet so that my students could practise conversation at the same time they were parctising the present simple tense.
In the end I asked them to describe each person and I also asked them the question (What does he/she do?, What do they do?...) and recalled the jobs

How do you say "Welcome" in...?
This worksheet is used with the powerpoint presentation I did about the Europe Day (9th May 2009). It is a ery simple worksheet where the students hae to write the different ways of saying "welcome" in some european languages that are appearing in the powerpoint.
