Reward Stickers
I use stickers to motivate students. I stick them on homework and they normally make efforts to get them. Each year they choose their fave cartoon characters and I make the stickers with the winners. The boy with yellow T-shirt is not a cartoon character, but he has been chosen for the 3rd time! They really like this little boy.
