Hi there! This is another map of the world and the current time at the main cities or countries. All the answers are half past... or the full time. Another suggestion of using it: ask students what time is it in S�o Paulo? And after that, ask, what do you think people are doing there right now? I find it pretty useful!!

Choosing a hotel
Tell students they are going to Paris and they have a limited amount of money to spend in a hotel and sightseeing. Offer them this list of hotels and discuss what�s the best option for the group! After that, students can create their own hotels and improvise dialogues. A very nice way to introduce hotel vocabulary :)

Around the house
A nice speaking activity involving vocabulary about home. Use pictures of bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms etc from magazines and cut them into two halves. Work in pairs and give each student one half of the picture. They are supposed to ask as many questions as possible to find out what is in the other half.
