Great activity!!! I have been using Mr Men books in my classroom for sometime and kids really love the images and stories... This really inspires the kids imagination... and makes the book more real and interactive.... my kids made wonderful Mr Men and really loved it....

**** Make a Movie Poster ***** High Quality A3 Printable!!!****
Have students make their own movie poster for their own original movie. There is a box on the right for reviews and a box underneath for the movie title and description. My kids loved this activity as it gave them a great chance to use their imagination. Once they have finished, get students to introduce their movie to the class.

Restaurant Complaint Flash Cards
These cards are great for practising making poilte requests/ complaints. I set up a restaurant role play where on student was the waiter and the other was a customer. The customer then chooses a flashcard at random and makes a polite request/ complaint based on the card.... really fun and interesting game for students of all ages....

Monster Guess Who??? Great Game for Describing Facial Features
Laminate the game board for as many students in your class. Each student has to mark his mystery monster with a non permanent marker and then try to guess his/her�s mystery monster by asking yes/no questions e.g. "Does he have a big nose?" "Is he Bald?" This game practises high to low numbers. Students take turns to roll the dice. They then have to choose which column to put their number. Once all the columns are filled up each student takes turns reading their number. The highest number wins (The highest possible number being 6,666,666).

Quiz King (What am I?) Describing Animals Game Poster
This is a great adaptation of a hugely popular kids game. First get one child to choose an animal from a dictionary or picture card. The other students in the class must ask each of the questions on the poster until they can guess the animal.
