 | Ice-breaker game - Big brothers eye HOW to use the game: Game to be played in groups of 3-4. Students toss a coin from some distance. If it lands e.g. on the yellow circle they draw one of the yellow questions. If they answer it correctly and fully, they score 4 points. The same for other colours. Great as an ice-breaker for the first class.

 | Who is who? - new identities A nice exercise for beginners, which can be used during the first class as a warm-up and ice-breaker. Students walk round and ask each other questions in order to complete the info chart. Its an exercise you know well but the cartoon characters make it more interesting for the kids.
Enjoy:)

 | Celebrities info cards Divide students into pairs. In each pair one person is an MTV reporter and the other person is a celebrity. Celebrities get their info cards. The task of the pairs is to prepare an interview which will then be on TV. If you have a video camera you can record the interviews. A nice prop here is a microphone (can be a toy one).

1. Easier task: Pair work - students in pairs try to put the conversation in the correct order, then role play it.
2. More complex task: Give each student one or more strips (depending on the size of the group), th...
