Using food vocabulary students are given an example of a `would you like` situation, and then asked to ask four friends what they would like. I used this on a very sleepy thrid grade jr high class today and they had great fun and actualy did some work (for a change)!

Page one is for students to fill in. They must ask 3 boys, 2 girls and the teacher, what is your name, and when is your birthday. My students are not able to write their months yet so page 2 has lots of tiny months which i cut out and they have to recognise the month and glue it down. Lots of fun!
