Halloween Superlative Taste Test
My students enjoyed this activity last Halloween. I brought in 4 different types of candy for them to describe. They then voted on what candy I provided the kids at Halloween. I recommend using 4 very different types of candy. I used Paydays, Nestle Crunch, Reeses and Skittles. This will give them a lot to compare.

Table Manners Game and Jazz Chant
I used the Small Talk Jazz chant cassette, but you could read the jazz chant and have students fill in the blanks first. Then, they practice the chant. After that, they play the game where they are asking classmates to pass the various items.
