A great way to stimulate speaking. A student must make a choice and then justify the decision. Could be played in pairs, groups or as a class.

Yellow = people/places
Red = things
Green = actions
Black = difficult
Use your imagination in how you use them but basically they are just simple Pictionary cards where students draw and others guess. I use a board I made that is a cross between Pictionary and Trivial pursuit. You can find it here

Human Bingo. Find someone who...
This is a kids version of a great icebreaker or conversation activity I use. They can try and fill the whole card or just 4 squares in a line. Have them prove they can do the things they say they can. Lots of fun.
