 		 Verbs memory game
 I play with my stds when I start teaching simple past vs present perfect. We place the cards face down and play a memory game. Each std should turn three cards. If he finds the correct sequence (buy-bough-bought), he will take the cards for him. The winner is the std who gets more cards.

 		 Past simple - What did people do one hundred years ago??
 The stds should match the verbs with the correct questions. Then, answer them in pairs orally in class and written as hw. My students competed among them to see which pair would finish first. They liked the idea talking about the past, I hope yours like too.
