Holiday Crossword Puzzle
I made an easy Holiday crossword puzzle with KEY for the younger learners. I would suggest writing the words on the board. Ask your students to use the words in a sentence and then draw a picture of the word. Then do the crossword. Good for vocabulary training and fun. Happy Holidays! L

When my class has read, discussed and answered questions, I then ask them to find all the verbs in present tense. Later they can write the verbs in past. You can also look for nouns - so a little reading story can often be used for much more.
