In our school we do not have grades nor report cards. Twice a year students need to evaluate their own behaviour and progress and the teacher needs to do the same for each student. long vowels memory game to enforce sight reading, 4pages
page 1, long a words, p.2 long e, p.3 long o, p.4 mixed long vowels, incl. long u. I copy on heavy colored paper, cut up and let them play memory games, making them read each word out loud. Not the most amazing sheet but it does the job; students need to translate the (very basic) adjectives and then describe the two characters in simple sentences. i use it to check how much of the vocabulary they remember after the unit on adjectives. Hope itīs useful for someone. Marion
