This is a highly useful pair work activity which focuses on the difference in meaning between the present perfect and the past tense forms. Each students get to question their partner and the correct answers given at the bottom help them give instand feedback.

Think of objects which have the same quality
To my mind, this could be an interesting and useful activity, especially if you want to revise vocabulary.
The students are put into pairs and together they try to think of objects having the specific feature shown on their card.
This can be a good warmer/filler also.

Split riddles
Give the cards to the students.
Their cards contain only halves of the jokes and they have the mission of reconstructing the jokes and they should interview their colleagues and make complete cards.
