I use these in the same way as the help cards. It is a good way to keep students on task when they finish their work and a great teacher visual to see who you need to get around to seeing and checking.

Help cards
These cards can be printed out - with an inspiring quote on the back. I stick the cards to the top of desk (tape on one edge) so the students can read the quote and then they can flip over the card and the help sign shows at the front of the desk.
