 Adult students always need to be put into situations that they will face in their private or working lives. Here is another menu with example dialogue for them to practise. Thanks to Adriana Costa for this lovely template.

 		 Eating out - menu - dialogue
 I work a lot with hotel and restaurant staff so I�m constantly having to come up with new menus and dialogues. They�re usually quite simple but it�s the practice they need. They then change the information in the dialogue, making it more personal; get up and act them out in front of the class/group. Hope it helps you.
