I used this worksheet with my FCE students to complement a unit from the book we were using (FCE EXPERT). By using these verb forms and tenses in a familiar context students grasp the meaning much more easily. Bare in mind that in some cases more than one option may be possible.

USEFUL EXPRESSIONS FOR DISCUSSIONS AND DEBATES
I use this with my FCE students. I place it on the table or in any other place where it is visible as a reminder. I stop using it once students get used to employing these expressions naturally when talking and discussing certain topics. Ideal for FCE speaking paper.
