Where were you (when I phoned)? A simple pair work dialogue that you can use with or without the power point of the same name. Ss play roles asking and answering "Where were you?" Includes different places and times to help your students imagine new situations and to work on their intonation.

This classic rock song by U2 has helped my pupils who couldn�t remember "without" in the sentence "What can�t you live without?" It�s a nice way to reinforce the pronunciation and the short exercises are fill in the blanks, add the pronouns and a verb table...there are some irregular ones in there!
