Tell me how you use English outside the classroom
Here is a useful form I use with my students. They reflect on how they use English outside of the classroom. It allows the teacher to monitor students� habits and interest in learning English outside of the class. It also indirectly motivates students to expose themselves to realia and have direct contact with English in the real world.
