poetry �Cat� by Alan Brownjohn
Pupils like this poem. It deals with a cat and how he slowly moves to a greenhouse. They discover how sounds and structure help the readers imagine the cat�s roam. I do not suggest answers since I�d rather start from the pupils suggestions and improvise a great deal after listening to their answers. I hope it is helpful.

The nightmare before Christmas
Some images could make the woksheet more entertaining. Although the questions were rather general, the pupils turned talkative. This file is not meant to study in details this film. It focuses on the first and secondary plot. It could be completed with the files about cinema and monsters -which I will soon download.

They can watch a few key scenes of each movie. I�ve worked on the birth of Frankenstein�s creature, Coppola�s first 15 minutes and Bela Lugosi�s scenes in the castle...
