"Super Size Me" Pre-Viewing Worksheet

I´m planning to use this worksheet to introduce the film "Super Size Me" to my junior high students. In the first section, students define "junk food", "fast food", and "healthy food". In the second section, they identify various foods as being one (or more) of those 3 types of foods. In the third section, they answer questions about their eating habits.

FYI         posted by liquidnuance
Part 2 of this worksheet doesn´t have right/wrong answers, per se. It could depend on personal point of view. For example, is white rice truly nutritious? Or is it empty calories? And fish has some important nutrients, but nowadays it contains so many toxins from pollutants that it could be considered "bad for you". Could be an interesting way to see what students think of various foods.
