some and any

Hello, could you solve this doubt for me?

I know that I don t have a book and I don t have any books are correct. But is I don t have any book correct in any cases?

Thank you in advance Heart

No, I don t think it is correct. "Any" should be used with plural count nouns, or non-count nouns.

Examples:
She doesn t have any books. (plural count noun)
She doesn t have any milk. (non-count noun)
