Many years ago, when things were written by hand a shopkeeper would use this sign
on his invoice:
Item Cost
3 boxes nails @ 20c .60
12 hooks @ 10c 1.20
It was said as:
3 boxes of nails at 20 cents each
Gosh! I must be old if I remember that!  |

I �m even older. I remember when it was written as:
3 boxes of nails at 2 shillings.
Scary how far technology has come. I am, however, quite proud of myself for managing a smartboard...and enjoying it too.
