Oh Tisha, and I forgot to mention one more good tool.
Now and then I use bitdefender for online scan. I leave it on when I am away from the computer and let it do its work. It cleans the computer of all evils! It is really good and does not cost anything.

I �ve used Kaspersky Antivirus and has proved to be a good program...sometimes when some sites are infected it just doesnt let me access them until the site is clean...so you could try to use this one but also no matter what i strongly recommend not to download free antivirus programmes because usually they are already hacked and infected...the solution can be to run online scan from famous antivirus programs makers or download trial versions from original websites.
