Can someone explain me the use of �too � in different situations.

"Too" can also be used to show excess, as in "I ate too much turkey."

Traditionally, when the word "too" is used to mean "also" it is set apart by commas.

"I, too, will be making homemade dressing."

"I wanted to go, too."


The word �to � is simply an article or preposition, when used in a sentence.
