There �s no need to worry. Here in RJ, in my school (Col�gio Militar do Rio de Janeiro) have been suspended since today until August 16th just to follow the authorities advice. There are no teachers or students sick in my school, but we know that there are some stds from the school in Santa Maria. So, as my school follow the same calendar of all the other Col�gios Militares, we had to stop.

But please, don �t worry! We know that any illness is serious but it is also a good chance to think about the way we live our lives: are we eating properly? Do we drink water in the amount needed? Do we rest sufficiently? Do we have a healthy life?

Remember: stress kills more than any other disease.
