Can you help me?

Hi friends! Id like to know how I can upload ws with less of 300 kb. I have seen colourful ws and with a lot of pictures.. but if I upload that kind of ws they have more than 300 kb. Do any of you know how to reduce the Kb?
Thank you very much in advance!
A big hug from Argentina,

first, check that your pics are not "Maps the bits" . They are too heavy. Use "jpg, jpeg, gif, png" instead.

Second, use one program to minimize their size or the size of the ws.,

Some of the programs suggested  in ESl printables are the following:

Third: If it s still too big, try spliting the worksheet into part 1, 2

You can also compress your images in Word.
I use a program called  NXpower lite. The first 10 times are free.
I think it s great.

Also  many members here have contributed pages on worksheets.
Try here:

Katiana saves her whole page as a JPG and then inserts it again, thus
reducing size. (you ll need a paint program for this)

Hope this helps

You can use Microsoft Office/ Microsoft Office Tools / Microsoft Office Picture Manager to reduce the size of your pictures. You can do in one go. Select all your pictures in Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Go to Edit / Resize. Reduce the percentage and click okay.
