Getting ready for the school year........classroom themes

I hope everyone is doing well......

for me, I �ve spent the last couple of days preparing for the upcoming schoo yearl...

I don �t limit myself to them, but I like having �themes � for every semester.

Here are some of them - and I �m curious to see if any of you do the same, and which themes do you use in your classroom

1st semester) heroes+phobias+infomercials+shakespeare

2nd semester) peer pressure+bullying+survival+poetry

3rd semester) friendship+music+cinema

These are some of the topics I touch, and my contributions are sometimes centered around these ideas....but I �m always changing things around,...and I would love to collaborate on any theme..and share ideas.

I �ve used BIM in another school....do be honest with you...I �m not a big fan, but it is pretty practical (I �m guessing, for new teachers)
