Here �s something you can do with your student(s), if you �re not already doing it.
 When i first started working with this 10-year-old, she was extremely shy and reluctant to perform in front of me, camera, or another person. But after a few sessions of this kind, and some imaginative writing activities, she gained in her confidence and keeps asking for more.

The natives might have difficulty understanding her "thick accent", and yes she has to work on her pronunciation in both her mother tongue and English (she �s just started wearing braces), but it �s the idea and the progress that should count in this one. Wink
